Housing with the Salisbury Housing Authority is limited to low-income families and individuals. SHA determines your eligibility based on: family status, annual gross income, citizenship/eligible immigration status, social security number documentation (if applicable), and signing consent authorization documents. If you are eligible, SHA will check your references to make sure you and your family will be good tenants. Admission may be denied to any applicant whose habits and practices may be expected to have a detrimental effect on other tenants or on SHA’s environment.
